Capstone Retreats is operated by Brendon McNaughton Inc., an Ontario corporation, which also operates Muskoka Cottage Management.

Guests exploring or booking properties managed by Capstone Retreats.

Guests: Bookings made through OTA platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Google Homes etc. are governed by that platform’s terms and conditions.

Owners: Property management services are governed by a separate written Owner Service Agreement.
These Terms govern general website use and do not override those agreements.

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these Terms.

Capstone Retreats manages vacation properties on behalf of property owners.
Guest bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are subject to those platforms’ respective Terms of Service, privacy policies, and payment systems.

Capstone Retreats is not responsible for any errors, cancellations, or disputes arising from third-party booking platforms.

When direct booking through Capstone Retreats becomes available, those reservations will be governed by our Guest Terms of Service, which will be presented at checkout.

5. Owner Services

If you are a property owner, your relationship with Capstone Retreats is defined by a separate Owner Service Agreement, which outlines fees, responsibilities, and obligations. These Terms apply only to general website access and inquiries.

All information on our website is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties or representations about accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at any time without notice.
